Madelyn Kuehl, piano instructor
Madelyn has been playing the piano since she was eight years old. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University and her Master of Education degree from National-Louis University. She has taught piano here since 1998 as well as for the Wood Dale, Elmhurst and Addison park districts. Madelyn enjoys teaching piano lessons. She goes beyond the instruction book by teaching her students songs, as well as musical games, which makes the learning more fun.
Create a distinctive masterpiece in one of our art classes. Our art classroom includes craft areas, pottery wheels and our own pottery kiln for firing handcrafted clay pieces. Programs include crafting with various materials, painting, drawing, and sculpting with clay.
The Lincoln Center theater is the perfect space for practicing your acting skills. A variety of classes work on aspects of Broadway musical performance including singing, dancing, and acting. Classes with Marla of Shining Star Productions work on aspects of dramatic and comedic performance including acting, improv, character awareness, and imagination. The Lincoln Center's auditorium features a stage for theater productions.
