Update: April 10, 2020:
We’re happy to report that as of today, all our team members remain free of COVID-19 symptoms and we are still operating at 100% capacity. Our suppliers have continued to provide us with a steady stream of raw materials, and I’m proud of our dedicated employees who are coming to work each day. Our people are working with customers and vendors, and producing items that are critical to keep your essential businesses operating. Thank you to our customers for your continued support in purchasing from us. Thank you to our vendors who are committed to keeping us supplied with much needed raw materials. Thank you to our team members who make magic happen each and every day. Together, we’ll get through this.
Update: March 20, 2020:
Due to the work Gordon Brush does to support a number of US Government agencies and our military, plus the janitorial brushes we produce that are used to maintain clean and sanitary conditions throughout the United States, Gordon Brush has been deemed to be an “essential” business and will remain in full operation at this time.
March 13, 2020:
Gordon Brush is proud of making our products in the United States and has always maintained an extensive inventory of both finished goods and raw materials; we have over 8,000 different products in stock, totaling over 11 million items.
As of this writing, we are not experiencing any supply, manufacturing or labor constraints that are affecting production of products or shipment of your orders; the Company is operating normally and at full capacity.
Please be assured that Gordon Brush is concerned about its employees and is taking every precaution to safeguard them during this time from a possible outbreak and spread of infection. We have also placed restrictions on employee travel in an effort to combat potential exposure and spread for customers and employees alike.
The Company is also concerned about the integrity of its products and is working closely with its internal management and production staff to prevent any possible contamination of finished goods shipped to our valuable customers. Our imported natural raw materials like bristle, or horsehair are always sterilized prior to our receipt, and the vast majority of other raw materials are sourced domestically.
